Moonshine Fairy

This is Peggy Sue Halloran.  She lives in the backwoods near a little community where she oversees the whiskey and moonshine production and provides home use licenses, even though she admittedly can't count.  Especially after an afternoon making sure the alcohol is at its proper proof.
